Cancellation Policy

Dear clients, At Slayology, we continuously strive to provide you with the best service and experience possible. In line with this commitment, we would like to inform you of some important policy updates regarding appointment confirmations and cancellations. Deposit Requirement: To confirm your appointment with us, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit ensures that your slot is reserved exclusively for you and allows us to better manage our schedule to accommodate all our clients effectively. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. In case of emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Health and Safety: Clients are required to disclose any relevant health information or allergies that may affect the service provided. Slayology adheres to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of both clients and staff members. Payment Terms: The remaining balance of services must be settled in full upon arrival at your appointment, unless otherwise arranged.
